Positive: We stayed one night in a family room with two teenagers. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the high level of cleanliness in the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a bit different from typical hotels, as it was not self-service. Instead, we could choose from the bakery/café located in the same building. We enjoyed the breakfast and had the chance to try some local products as well. Definitely a place to recommend.

Positive: Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast 1st class. We arrived late in the day,and the only thing they could improve on was to supply a kettle and coffee.Having said that it was still a wonderful stay .Thank you.

Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and nice - we felt very welcome. They were very helpful all the time! The breakfast was very nice - a wide choice of traditional Italian sweet and savoury pastries with drinks of your choice. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. All was very clean. There is a small playground on the property. The location is also great - 12 minutes to Modena city centre and about 15 or so to Maranello. But again, the staff was just amazing, all of them!
Negative: The noise! A lot of it, unfortunately. The room was facing the street (and the street lights/ B&B lights, which were quite strong), and there was a lot of noise that ruined our sleep.
