Positive: A quiet retreat just outside Modena. Annalisa was a wonderful host and helped us with reservations and places to visit in the area. The property was spotless and beautiful. Not within walking distance of the center of Modena but we had a car and used it as a base for exploring the area.

Negative: Nothing. Breakfast was good and plentiful but could have had a bit more variation from day to day.
