Positive: Spectacular location with breath-taking views. Very close to the Via di Francesco.Walter, the host is very welcoming to pilgrims and very knowledgable on the history of the village and surrounding region.A great experience in a unique, historic setting. And the homemade breakfast was great!

Positive: Beep Beep is the perfect place to stay overnight while walking the St Francis Way (it’s only half a kilometre off the route and well worth the extra bit of climbing). The views are breathtaking, the setting is incredibly peaceful, and the room is spacious, stylish and has a very comfortable bed. But what made our stay particularly special was the host, Walter, who went out of his way to give us an experience we will always remember - with his interesting conversation and generosity which included a visit to the tiny adjacent church, and rock face with its prehistoric drawings.

Positive: There is lots of history on the property! There was plenty of room for our group of six. The rooms are comfortable and clean and our host Walter made a fantastic dinner for us.
Summary: You don’t need a TV at this property. All you have to do is look out the window.

Positive: Beautiful location with the incredible view and morning bird concert as a bonus 🐦☺️ The owner has a nig passion for what he is doing and it is reflected in his interest to present the extraordinarity of the hostel, its history and his intentions with it. I appreciated a tasteful dinner and breakfast snd above all his willingness to tske me in a bad weather to the main street where my camino Via di Francesco leads. A sweet puppy was also a pleasant feature of my special pilgrim experience here.

Positive: First off our thanks to our wonderful host Walter. His property is indeed unique and he is very proud of it. We loved our room and it is great that Walter provides a dinner option, which we throughly enjoyed. If you are fit you should definitely book here. Upon reaching the small village, coming from Spoleto, it is a solid climb up to the watchtower.
