Negative: This is not a B&B but a vacation apartment. No one was present on arrival. The accommodation is not signposted. Contact was made with the landlady at the nearby tourist information office, where no English is spoken. The promised Wifi does not exist - no router! (We were told that there were “connection problems” ...) The very simple breakfast consisted of sweet cookies.

Summary: What a pity.

Positive: Antonietta was really friendly and helpful! The apartment was very clean and tidy. We had a minor incident in the kitchen but she managed to sort everything out in a few hours - when we came back from the beach the entire apartment was cleaned, even the sheets and the towers were changed! We did not expect that considering that was our last day. We have chosen this location because it's close to Sassari and Alghero. There is a local restaurant called 'Orchidea' - food and the staff are both amazing!

Negative: Parking can be tricky - there are limited spaces around the apartment, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Summary: Modern, light and very clean apartment - highly recommend it

Negative: Unfortunately the apartment is headed by unprofessional staff. The staff was calling us numerous times during the stay (including evenings) for things that should and could have been during the check-in (payment, IDs, keys, details of check-out). In addition to it, it was a problem with hot water.
