Positive: The best hosting experience I’ve ever had – A true 10/10! I have been an active Booking.com user since the app first started, and this is the very first time I am giving a perfect 10 without any hesitation. Giacomo is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We arrived very late (around 11 PM), and not only was Giacomo there to greet us, but he even ordered food and drinks for us since most places were already closed. From the moment we landed at Alghero airport, he was in constant contact via WhatsApp, checking if we were okay and if we needed anything. His proactive approach started even before we arrived; he reached out first to offer help and gave us amazing recommendations for the best beaches and local spots. He was available 24/7 and always responded instantly. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It has 2 bathrooms (which was a lifesaver for 4 people), a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a massive, beautiful terrace. Giacomo even had the air conditioning running so the place was cool when we walked in, and he provided beach mats and an umbrella for us to use. He checked in on us every single day to ensure everything was going well. Our group of four felt incredibly welcome and comfortable. Giacomo gets a 10/10 from each of us – that’s a 40/40 total! If you are visiting Sardinia, this is the place to stay. Thank you, Giacomo!"
