Positive: Beautiful property with excellent privacy, contactless check in, and a very smooth check-in process. The key was conveniently located in the lockbox, and parking directly in front of the entrance made arrival effortless. The home features modern appliances, an exceptionally comfortable bed, and even carried the fresh scent of a brand-new house. The owner was responsive, kind, and assisted me with a last-minute booking without any issues. I genuinely appreciate their hospitality and would highly recommend this place.

Positive: Prompt response and efficient communication with the owner; numerous attentions provided by the owner (toiletries, kitchen equipment, Netflix); excellent, secluded yet secure location of the property. Thanks again.

Negative: Unfortunately we had to deal with a plague of ants throughout the house during our stay from day one, even though no food was left out. Sadly, they were everywhere (in both bedrooms, bathrooms and especially in the kitchen). Owner offered to take over control products, but radical action needs to be taken here.

Positive: Usually with Airbnb's and private listings the photos are better than the property not in this case. Photos dont do justice. I loved the cleanliness, amenities, and location. Property manager was responsive and kind. Will stay here again if in the area.

Positive: Nice thoughtfully and tastefully put together small detached step-free house in a compound. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms (one ensuite) and open living/kitchen/dining area with huge TV. Generous provision of consummables including food/drink and toiletries.

Negative: Generally well equipped with a few details still to add (e.g. can opener). One or two elements of the listing like barbecue facilities might not be available yet as this property is still very new. Very good value for what we paid, I think the price has increased now

Positive: The host was very communicative and helpful. We weren't expecting much as we had never booked a 'vacation home' on booking.com but it exceeded our expectations! Way better than a hotel! They left us a cute Easter gift and the amenaties were above and beyond! If we needed anything, they had it! From snacks, to drinks, to bathroom items, they had it! The bed was the comfiest bed we had ever been in! You could tell that the hosts really cared about making sure our stay was enjoyable and the cleanliness of the place. We definitely want to come back again!
