Positive: The property is brand new and beautifully designed, free from the clichéd “vacation by the sea” decor with seashells and starfish that is so common in holiday rentals around Destin. I really appreciate this more refined approach. The apartment is even more spacious than it appears in the photos and feels even more sophisticated than I had imagined.

Negative: There are only a few reviews of the property on Booking.com, which initially made me a bit uneasy—I wondered whether the high rating was truly reflective of reality. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely loved the apartment, and the entire property, including the pool and jacuzzi, looks even better in person than in the photos. My only minor critique would be the small amount of sand at the bottom of the jacuzzi. Given that it was frequently used by guests, this was likely due to some not rinsing off before entering rather than any lack of proper cleaning.

Positive: Marvelous!! Condo was awesome! Very clean and comfortable. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches that I've ever seen, especially when I'm from a beautiful island in the middle of the Caribbean. Highly recommend for a family vacation away from the crowds
