Positive: Location. Staff. Near some good beaches.
Negative: This is more of a timeshare development than a hotel and is undergoing more development. As the main beach and ‘ocean’ pool were out of action it showed up the overall lack of public space and facilities for guests.
Summary: Love Bermuda. Hotel has shortcomings.

Positive: The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. Location excellent. Helping us get bus passes on our phones most appreciated. Dining was a pleasure though downstairs was a bit noisy - poolside was best.
Negative: There were hooks on the wall for pictures (room 109) but no pictures, which made the room look unfinished. The room heater didn't work and though it was fixed, it went wrong again the next day. As the weather was warm thereafter we were not unduly concerned. We re-used our towels each day as suggested, but there wasn't sufficient rail space. Wet towels had to be hung on top of wet towels. Suggest another rail be installed. Only serious criticism is that the thought the property was on a conventional beach where one could walk. There is really no beach, only sandy buttresses. Perhaps we didn't examine the description properly.
Summary: Thoroughly enjoyable and could be even more so with some minor tweaks as suggested.

Positive: I did not have breakfast
Negative: The location was beautiful but too far out from the main attractions. At one time there were only 4 rooms occupied which meant that unless you booked the bar or restaurant in advance there was no guarantee it would be open. I stayed in January and so this was very much the low season. I am sure in high season my experience would have been very different.
Summary: Low season it lacks a few essentials.

Positive: Breakfast.Was Decent. Only Made It Down There Once. It Was Good, A Little Expensive Which Is The Entire Island But Good None The Less.
Negative: Bed Mad A Squeaky Noise Every Time I Turned On The Bed. The Temperature Sucked. This Had Nothing To Do With The Property But The Fact That I Couldn't Get To Go Swimming In The Ocean Really Disappointed Me.
Summary: The Stay At AURA Was Incredible. The Views Were Breathtaking. It Was Just Surreal.

Negative: I’m handicapped, and they didn’t offer golf cart services to and from our room. This is offered at other hotels on South Road, Bermuda.
