Positive: The hotel is beautiful, and should be a very calm stay due to the surroundings. But they take entrance, so outsiders can come in during the day. So the hotel which should be a calm place turns into a circus. Kids screaming, taking other peoples stuff, taking peoples snacks and foods without asking. Very misbeheaving guests, with loads of screaming in a way which is not normal. Very disturbing and ruined a lot of the experience for us. For the prices they take, this should not be happening. The service is not existing - no one to clean around pool areas during the day, it is not possible to order hot drinks outside, and they are very slow on orders. At night there were a lot of noises, doors slamming, you could hear the toilet flushing from other rooms. The cleaning was good, when they finally cleaned. You have to ask for cleaning in the morning. The hotel is a 10 minutes drive with car from the main city area. The prices are ok for the foods and drinks considering it to be hotel prices. So we would have enjoyed it more if the hotel just concentrated on their hotel guests. We will not be visiting again, if they do not removed the oppurtunity of taking daily guest from the outside.

Positive: The hotel is good in the high-season, it is well located, on the beach, has a pool, terraces in half of the rooms, sea-view and a really great breakfast and excellent dinners within the price of the room. They have a parking, although quite far, but a shuttle car is available. Internet is also usually quite good. All, that is good about the hotel, applies in the summer only.

Negative: We made 2 separate visits in October and it was not good. The personnel, as always, speaks little or no English. In some cases some people speak a bit of German, but generally the hotel management does not require any language abilities from any of the staff, even at reception. There are always girls at the reception and they are always grumpy and murky. The price we paid was the highest we ever paid so far and there was no dinner included anymore, in fact the restaurant did not work at all for dinner. Breakfasts had become a little less varied. The staff has no uniform, at any moment there are young men in plain clothes going around. the overall feeling is that this hotel should simply be closed out of high season. The largest problem, ever-present, is hot water. Always low pressure, always not hot enough. The common practice is to turn the hot water on and wait for a long time for warm enough water to eventually come. The amount of wasted water is huge, at least in summer. And water is heated in the night and then used in the day. In the evenings it is already not hot, it could be hot in the morning though. The hotel has a big potential, especially in summer, but it is managed badly. As always, the live bamboo and greenery on each terrace are dead or dying, and no one cares. They simply remain there. To sum up - the prices go up, the scope and quality of service goes down. Avoid this hotel in low-season.

Positive: I have been a guest before, so I knew what to expect. I like the location, it is quite secluded and there is no tourist hassle. Parking is easy, though on a dusty field and 200 m away from the entrance. The hotel offers Half Board and the breakfasts are exquisite. Dinners used to be a little better last year, but are still very good. The hotel has a private beach, two pools and a large seaside garden area. The overall feeling is of real relaxation and serenity.

Negative: The guests are mainly native Turkish and also Turkish immigrants from Western Europe, taking a holiday in their old country. Therefore the general language used in the property is Turkish and 95% of the staff at all levels struggle with English, German, Russian etc. In every aspect of the hotel the design prevails over function. Two examples - the bed bases have sharp edges at knee-height, The bathroom and the WC are basically concrete cubes with absolutely no hooks, racks, rails etc. There is literally no place to put anything - towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush etc. In the toilet there is a bidet function, but no rail or ring for a towel, just naked walls. Bathroom doorframes are flimsy and easy to leak. Each terrace has a pot of bamboo, and at all times these are on the verge of death - they need to be watered by the maids. The outer perimeter of the hotel is dirty, the area could be cleaned and tidied up. There is a canal just beside the hotel, in the mornings it smells of sewage waters. At 5:30h each morning a motorized paraglider rider decides to spin and cruise right above the hotel, and the engine is quite noisy. The management should take measures to stop this, the noise is substantial and the guy is insolent.

Positive: Cheap and pretty modern, lot of money has obviously been spent on the place...the barman was also extremely helpful when it came to ordering food to the hotel.

Negative: Restaurant wasn't open for dinner when we arrived, hence why we had to order a delivery to the hotel (Dominos of all things!)...no hot water to the room and woke up to a trail of ants eating a dead bug...reception staff barely spoke English or even attempted to translate, at checkout when we told them about the hot water and ants, using Google translate, they just smiled and nodded like it was normal...guessing this place is seasonal and is probably better in summer🤷🏽‍♂️

Summary: Strange...probably better in summer.
