Positive: The beachfront location of the property

Negative: The more than two hours delay in the check-in process, without any explanations. Then the room was unclean and no room service for two days, even after it was requested...The restaurant service was horrible in terms of cost, quantity, presentation and taste.

Summary: I will not stay at this facility again or recommend it to anyone

Positive: Well maintained, leaky toilet was fixed right away, room 27 was comfortable and had everything I needed. Kitchen area had sink, fridge, microwave and kettle. Plates, bowls, mugs, cups and silverware for two. A/C and fan kept my room comfortable. Everything was in working order. Right beside an excellent restaurant, and plenty of 7 mile beach to access.

Negative: After/during the rain a few spots were flooded at the bottom of the stairs. And a more thorough cleaning (doors and toilet) would be my request.

Summary: October is a slower tourist month so I seemed to have the resort to myself. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. I w

Positive: The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The beach was beautiful, so were gardens, very well maintained.

Negative: In my room, during my stay, the WiFi did not work on any of our devices. So if you need WiFi don't stay here, or at least speak to a member of staff to get a room closer to reception as that is where it is strongest. The WiFi also works on the beach.
