Positive: Location very good, a couple of minute walking to the center of Göreme. Breakfast is very generous, even too much. Everyday they change the sweet. Taste and mood are remarkable. Staff very kind and helpful

Negative: The room ha no dark curtains, you get all the light early in the morning, great if you want to see the balloons, not great if you would like to rest. We stayed 4 nights, they never did the rooms, nor cleaned the toilet, neither change towels. We expected at list one clean up.

Positive: Excellent breakfast, staff will help you arrange any kind of activities in the area (and there are many!). Location in town center, but outside the nightlife noisy area... don't worry, everything is in 10-minute walking distance.

Positive: The guy at the reception was available for suggestions. The breakfast is really nice, served at the table as in a restaurant. The whole place makes you feel at home, with flowers and good taste for furniture. Location is also very good.

Negative: We had a big issue: the room was not the same as in the photos. It was half the size and not comfortable at all. We spoke to the owner and he could not offer us another room, nor a discount. We were very disappointed and we had to contact the Booking customer service. Also two lights in our room did not work and we asked multiple times to get them fixed which did not happen. The only positive note which made us increase the rating is that the guy at the reception allowed us to have breakfast later in the day and we appreciated his flexibility. Otherwise the rating would be much lower because generally the room was small, dark, no fridge inside. Not the most comfortable.
