Great tiny home with quite location. One bedroom with queen bed, nice size loft with full bed. Full bath with tub shower combo. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking or you can grill out on large deck over looking the lake. Lake access below house (fishing, swimming, boating) . Illinois river is close drive by for float trips.

Summary: Very quiet little house, just perfect for a couple. House was very well stocked with everything we could think to need. The views are relaxing and if you enjoy a view of the night sky with no light poluution, this is the perfect place to stargaze.

Summary: This is a cool little cabin. Nice view, can see the lake from the house. My son really liked the loft bedroom. Next time I visit, I'll be renting this place again.

Summary: Mini house is on a steep hillside, parking is a challenge. Had to resort to going downhill over the grass to use a neighbor's driveway to get out. My small car would only did holes in the gravel and get stuck.

Summary: The property is not secluded. The rock driveway was awful and if I did not have 4 wheel drive, it would have been a big problem. The AC couldn’t keep up and the house was 85° during the day. We didn’t have water for a period of time and when it was turned back on it was disgusting. The microwave was full of ants. The TV didn’t work, I had to use my personal Wi-Fi and logins to watch anything. The sliding door did not lock so it was very unsafe. A man and 2 women came into the home claiming they had rented it for the days I was there and I had to show them my rental agreement for them to leave. There were workers cutting and installing gutters on the other house on the property so it was awkward to go out on the porch. The water is over half a mile down a very rough road NOT a 5 min. walk. The home was filthy and not worth the price. I drove 8 hours and had no other choice of a place to stay. I do not recommend staying here.

Summary: It was a nice stay. However the parking is almost impossible. If you bring a boat or a car without 4-wheel drive you may have some trouble. We loved the porch and the loft, it had everything you need.
