Summary: We enjoyed our stay - beautiful views and the lovely sound of waves lulled us to sleep at night. We were 2 couples - one couple stayed in the downstairs bedroom beside a comfortable family room, and 2 bathrooms. The other stayed in the master suite on the second level which included a spacious well appointed living/ dining room and kitchen and a fourth bathroom.

Summary: We loved our stay in Cambria. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to feel completely at home. The views from the living room and deck were amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved the convenience of the garage with automatic opener. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cambria.

We’re puzzled by (2) things. The Master Bedroom should have Screens on the Windows. Also perplexed that there were (5) Jumbo Trash Barrels in the Driveway. As well we arrived on a Sunday, left on Thursday. Every neighbor leaves their ( empty) yes empty Trash Barrels at the end of their Driveway. Who does that and why ? Is there a neighborly dispute going on with some one who won’t move their Barrels in a timely manner so now no one does ? I have never seen that anywhere ??

Summary: Amazing view, excellent stay. Property was exactly as listed. The upstairs/downstairs bedroom configuration is perfect for four adults. Location is very convenient to both moonstone beach and town. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cambria.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time renting with Scenic Coast Property Management. Everything went smoothly. We left a jacket behind by accident which they found and offered to mail to us which was above and beyond. Thank you.The rental was spotlessly clean (even in the garage) and the views were outstanding. The home was better in person than in the photos. It's perfect for 2 couples or people with children over 6-yrs of age since the a bedroom and office with sofa bed is on the lower level (ground level) and the primary bedroom is on the top floor. There are 4 bathrooms and plenty of space in all the rooms. The fenced yard has a lovely garden and patio too. If you walk to the north side of Moonstone Beach, there are fun places to dine with ocean views. Cambia is a nice town to wander through and the grocery store is well stocked. Hiking in this area is amazing!

Summary: The views are gorgeous and are much bigger in person! The large windows in the main living area make that happen. The space lends itself to spreading out and enjoying that view! This lovely home is in a quiet coastal neighborhood with easy access to downtown Cambria and to Moonstone Beach boardwalk. Everything was very comfortable and well cared for. The kitchen and baths had everything we needed and beds and linens were all great. We had a great stay.

Summary: Nice, clean house to base a visit to the area, Hearst, etc. Very much a home away from home with all the necessary amenities. View is lovely and neighborhood is peaceful. The two beds are firm pillowtops. Would definitely stay again.
