Welcome to our beautifully renovated early 1900s carriage house! This charming 1-bedroom guest house blends historic charm with modern comforts and was awarded with an historic preservation award. Enjoy the spacious living space, fully equipped kitchen (with a high-end Bertazzoni range and Miele espresso machine and dishwasher), and serene bedroom with a luxurious queen bed. Just minutes from downtown by foot, you’ll have easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. Ideal for couples or small families. Experience a luxurious & stylish stay with top of the line amenities to make you feel right at home! Complete with luxury amenities like Le Labo bath products, as well as Yves Delorme and Frette linens.

The well appointed patio space in front of the house has a plush outdoor sofa and a Jotul carbon steel fire pit -- wood is included with your stay (usually piñon pine or white birch depending on what's available during the season). Outdoor glasses are provided so that you can have that perfect cocktail or glass of wine by the fire pit! There is also a Sonos music system where you can enjoy your favorite tunes while relaxing outside.
The media room space has an 83" OLED TV and sectional sofa -- perfect for those nights you want to stay in, relax, and watch a movie. Each TV in the house is setup with a hospitality enabled Roku that allows you to set your check out date and utilize your own streaming accounts so you never miss your content.
Detailed touches can be found throughout the property. Downstairs there are puzzles and games that will appeal to a wide range of audiences/ages (including some classics like Monopoly).
For tea and coffee lovers, we curate tea and coffee selections for our guests. There is a Miele Espresso machine that brews fantastic coffee/coffee drinks. We supply the coffee -- you unleash your inner barista! A full selection of luxury French teas are available.
The bedroom features Yves Delorme and super soft Italian made Frette linens, as well as blackout shades/curtains that completely darken the room for those "I don't want to get out of bed yet" mornings.
Luxury abounds in the bathroom with a marble accent wall and Ralph Lauren sconces. Abyss and Habidecor towels, Le Labo bath products, robes, and a multi-function shower bring all of the amenities you could ask for. The tile floor is also heated, allowing you to make your feet as warm and cozy as you would like!

Summary: Amazing location and beautiful little property. Everything was immaculate and welcoming, and we felt so taken care of, down to the small touches like just the coffee we like! Communication was great and timely, too. We'll definitely be back next time we are in Maine!

Summary: My Companion and I spent a wonderful Friday to Sunday weekend at this property, and it comfortably exceeded our expectations. From the professional-quality range and spotlessly clean exhaust fan, to the media room with large, comfortable sectional and over-large television, to the bedroom containing a single queen bed with luxurious sheets, pillows and bedding, this home is in a class of its own in Bath, Maine. The owners emigrated from the American Coastal South and are passionate about New England's history. They are easy to talk to and strive for a personalized guest experience. Expect as much interaction with the hosts as you desire - none at all, up to sharing a bottle of wine from their extensive cellar, on their deck.
