Summary: Diversity of residents in neighborhood will make anyone feel welcomed. This is a pet friendly stay with a nice pool that is perfect for cooling down in the Arizona heat. This place would be comfortable for both families and couples with pets that are looking for a nice retreat. Owners are responsive and you will find everything you need with in a 10 minute drive or less. For shopping I love to go to good year they have all of my favorite places to shop. I will be recommending this stay for friends who want their own place cd staying in a hotel.

Summary: Just the essentials to escape a busy city. Easy to access property. Located close to many restaurants (most within 15 min). Quiet neighborhood (no sirens or traffic). The home was spacious and comfortable. Tempurpedic master matress was comfy. The pool is not heated (64deg-66) unfortunately so a swim was not an option for late February. Fire pit was available but we did not use. Local water was mineral tasting but there was a Britta water filter which was much appreciated. The ADT security system has the most crabby voice which was startling until we figured who was talking in the house. The owner checked on us during our visit there. He had some repairs completed previously and wanted to verify our satisfaction. I’m a neat freak so cleaning has to be stellar to get 5 stars.

Summary: We came to Arizona for a volleyball tournament and decided to book a VRBO instead of a hotel. We are so glad that we did! This property was perfect for what we needed and it was so nice being able to go to our 'home away from home" after a long day of volleyball games. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood, it was comfortable to relax inside and outside, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were so comfortable!!! If you are thinking about staying at this property, do it!!!!
