Negative: Nothing, had everything we needed!

Summary: 3 night stay, location meant it was easy , depending on what we had planned. Would stay again!

Positive: I enjoyed the small courtyard which was private, secure and had nice seating with mood lighting at night.

Negative: Bathroom door didn’t shut properly, could supply a face washer along with towels, could supply soap (only had shampoo/conditioner). Second bedroom very bright at night due to carport outside

Positive: Great place to stay in one of the best parts of Perth ! I came to Perth for work and decided to skip hotels and have more space plus ability to cater to cater to my special dietary requirements. The apartment is a fully equipped for comfortable stay- truly a home away from home. Nestled amongst a great homes and a very nice neighbourhood it is a place I would stay in every time I am in Perth. Host is an amazing person very friendly to deal with I also found a little Nepalese restaurant at walking distance and enjoyed some food there .

Positive: Really great place, great location, convenient, and the apartment overall looked nice and clean.

Negative: The main bedroom had a strong unpleasant smell and the bedsheets also smelt malodour. The fans in both rooms were quite dusty, and when turned on, dust would blow into the air. Had a chat with Sam and requested to have fresh linens but instead were told that were ‘nitpicking’ which was disappointing as the concerns were genuine and affected our comfort.

Negative: It was a very nice apartment, with most everything to suit our needs. The area is good and a close drive to the Ferry that we needed to get into the city.
