Summary: Nice because of in house SPA.

Summary: We stayed in this hotel in the past and the noise was terrible. I let it off as thought it could be a one time off. But same experience again. The noise coming from the staff chatting away in the corridors is horrendous. Oblivious of the fact that guests are trying to get some rest. The rooms that may not be sound proof do not help with this at all. You can hear people walking along the corridors. And the music coming from the reception can wake guests up in the middle of the night. I am thinking of not booking in this hotel in the future.

Summary: It was a convenient area along Lacson Street but there was a limited parking space. There were lots of restaurants nearby, but you are right next to the hustle and bustle. The hot water in the morning for shower is not working. There was only 1 pillow and you have to pay for another extra pillow. It was loud especially when people close their doors, which makes sleep and relaxation interrupted. I booked rooms for 10 days and wished I didn’t.

Summary: I have always stayed here every time Im in Bacolod.. very convenient location - near lots of food options and easy commute. But the hotel definitely needs renovation and upgrading. It started to get untidy and bathrooms near the resto and poolside are smelly. Though staff and service had always been the same and the convenience of the fifth floor spa is always a plus.
