Positive: It is strategically located. It has a lot of restaurants nearby and supermarkets. It is very clean. It has everything you need - pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine bottle opener (a plus since not all apartments have this), washing machine, robe, slippers, etc.

Negative: It would have been better if they have amenities like gym and pool but this is not on the apartment owner. This is on the developer.
