Negative: I liked the hotel, I thought of giving it 8 stars. But the day after leaving I received a message on WhatsApp from a receptionist, almost demanding that I rate the hotel. In many dozens of reservations on this site, this happened to me for the first time. It seemed like something on the verge of stalking. It is unpleasant to receive such messages, and I think you can't do this. The rating has been reduced to 5 stars.

Positive: Excellent location 3 minutes to the metro station. Clean, comfortable, quiet in the hotel. The guys at the reception are super nice and responsive, especially Yusuf is very friendly to all guests.

Positive: We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and the whole place had a peaceful, quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day out. It's conveniently located near a private parking area, which made things super easy for us. We also appreciated how close it was to public transportation, with both metro and tram stops nearby, making it simple to get around the city. The staff were exceptionally kind (especially Yusuf) and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable for what you get. Definitely recommend!

Positive: the most comfortable hotel in istanbul. bright, clean rooms with daily cleaning. the hotel is very quiet and calm. very hospitable hotel staff, who create home comfort in the hotel and every time you return to the hotel as to your home. the guys at the reception are very hospitable, good-natured, always smiling and ready to help with all questions.
