The friendliness and warmth of the entire team is honestly the main reason this place feels so special — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Positive: I like the location very much. The politeness of the staff.

Negative: I didnt like the room placements. I was unhappy with the fact that i paid premium amount and got an average room when i expected to get a beach view room. We were there for the experience and were disappointed with the same. Also, the restaurant was not upto the mark. Could enjoy the food as much.
