Starting 01/01/24 and ending 03/30/24 there is a 4-night minimum stay. Starting 03/30/24 and ending 01/04/25 there is a 7-night minimum stay, beginning and ending on a Saturday. Check in 4PM on Saturday, Check out 10AM on Saturday.
BEACH BLOCK 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with a HEATED POOL is steps from the ocean! Recently renovated with a new bathroom and kitchen, this first-floor condo can accommodate up to four (4) people.
LOCATION: 9 E 28th Street Unit 1/East, Avalon, NJ! This convenient condo is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the attractions of Avalon. The beach is only steps away, plus there is an arcade and tons of free parking right across the street! Easily walk into Avalon's town center for dining and shopping or relax by the heated pool.
UNIT: This beach block unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is located on the first floor (1st bedroom: queen bed, 2nd bedroom: 2 twin beds). This costal condo offers a brand-new kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, an open living room, dining area. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convivence. We have free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV or Roku Stick, but we do not offer cable.
Important Notes:
- Pool area will be open by 05/25/24 and closed on 09/28/24.
- Pool area will be open by 05/24/25 and closed on 09/27/25.
- We are pet friendly! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Our pet fee is $65 PER DAY for ONE pet. We require the name, breed and a photo of your pet prior to approval (some restrictions apply). If the pet is not disclosed before your stay, we will charge $250 per day, per pet.
- Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED!
- The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees.
- Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.
Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. We require photo ID for any guest age 18+ prior to your stay.

Summary: It’s a no frills kinda of condo. Great location & pool was worth it for me. Parking on street. No beach chair or tags. The kids running upstairs was noisy

Summary: This is a comfortable 2 bedroom condo, perfect for a couple or family with kids. 3 min walk to beach, ample parking and free parking lot next door. Walking distance to the boardwalk, ice cream and arcade. Short walk to boardwalk Fishin' Pier Grille - great breakfast spot. Convenient location for access to all the downtown locations. And Pet Friendly!!

Summary: This was the perfect place for a weekend away with friends. So close to the beach and restaurants- the seafood festival was right across the street. Couldn’t ask for a better location

Summary: Arrived the first night the place was not cleaned. The streaming of TV was difficult it kept buffering, for the rental price a basic tv channel package should be included. The property management got the cleaners there early the next day. They were very responsive.

Summary: Walkable to everything in Avalon proper, and easy access to beach. The condo is cozy and just what we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen had all the needed amenities and was relatively new in terms of updates. There were a few minor updates needed with the bathroom (no towel holders/hooks, and limited storage), but overall the place was great. And the pool was a fantastic bonus for cool-off/relaxation.

Summary: This stay was great - The house was clean and the location and access to a pool were amazing. Carissa was very responsive throughout the process. There were no "question marks" as the house etc were exactly what we expected per the posting.

Summary: Unit was well cleaned when we arrived. Great location very close to the beach, the Avalon boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Lovely pool While water was heated. not comfortable when the heater was turned off. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Queen size bed is comfortable. Now on the negative side, it was very hard to get information from the property manager Before booking or arriving. The two twin beds are so uncomfortable to the point of being impossible to sleep on- very hard. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable as well. The bathroom lights flickered on and off all the time Which makes one wonder if the electricity in the whole unit is suspect. TV reception is spotty at best - not really as described. Both lamps in the twin bedroom did not work. The upstairs apartment is very noisy you can hear them walking around and doing almost everything. They did not provide sheets or towels which seems a bit unusual for a unit that is as expensive as this one is. Overall, I think It was an average unit not horrible and not great. The best things about it are the location and the pool. With a few adjustments it could be much better unit than it is.

Summary: I took my mother and my kids to this beautiful Avalon beach house. We had a lovely time. It had all the amenities, like the pool on the property, the boardwalk. local town, and restaurants were so close all walking distance. Clarissa was great in answering my questions. Would love to stay again.
