Summary: The condo was spotless on our arrival. Our host, Erich, had prepped us with all we needed in advance, and was an excellent communicator. We found a box of chocolates waiting for us on the kitchen counter when we arrived - what a nice surprise! The location is everything it seems to be in the pictures: right across the street from the old carousel and beach entrance. Lots of walkable shops and eateries nearby. We were there post-season, so Saturday and Sunday were the days when most of them were open, but it was nice and quiet on the weekdays we stayed. The condo itself, including a sizable balcony, was everything we needed to have a relaxing few days away from it all. We highly recommend this property and we’ll be back!!!

Summary: Our host had thought of everything to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. He even indicated his favorite places for breakfast and dinner. The beach was ideal and and just across the street. The nearby restaurants and shops were great, including the ice cream shop opposite our condo. We could see both the ocean and a fun street scene from our balcony. Loved this place!

Summary: We traveled as a family, including two kids, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Watch Hill. The unit is spacious, clean, well-located, convenient, and comfortable. It is walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, and beach access points. Erich was a terrific host. He was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating and it was clear that he cared about our family having a good experience. We would highly recommend this unit for future travels to Watch Hill.

Summary: This condo is well laid out with a terrific deck overlooking Bay Street. We loved the color palette of the rooms and the lighting throughout the unit. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open, giving a very spacious feeling to the common areas. I loved the well-stocked kitchen since I enjoy cooking - every utensil I needed was provided. The location, right on the corner of Bay Street and Larkin is ideal. It's right across the street from the beach and the tiny carousel - and a few minutes walk from East Beach and Ocean House. Erich is the consummate host and went out of his way to insure we had the very best time at his place. And we did!
