For your comfort, the house has an independent entrance, and a private landscaped yard and flowers. The entire property is fenced and has an electric gate for the safety of children and adults.
A garden, Chilean and a barbecue are at your disposal to relax on sunny days.
A barn, also restored, can accommodate two vehicles safely.
The Colin'Othe is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (hob, multi-function oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and electric kettle) opening onto a large piece of life with a historical fireplace.
Two rooms with warm colors will allow you to completely relax.

We are located in the heart of a charming village of 430 inhabitants on the outskirts of Othe, close to the A5 highway (9 kms from the exit 20 and 21 Kms from exit 19

Summary: I had a lovely holiday. The reception from M etc Mme was warm and helpful. The property is clean, quiet and spacious. The surrounding area, including Troyes and Foret de L'Orient, are so interesting and lovely for walks. Highly recommended.

Summary: The cottage is clean tidy and well equipped, the neighbouring village has a supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy and vet ! Which was very cheap for the health check and wormer for our return. Troyes and the nearby lakes were equally beautiful and worth a visit. Beautiful part of France

Summary: Lovely place , built and done to a very high standard . We couldn't have asked for a better base for our wonderful stay in this charming part of France .The owners were lovely people . I couldn't recommend this place enough .

Summary: We had a relaxing 4 nights in this beautifully equipped and comfortable gite on our way home from the alps. The barn conversion has been very tastefully done and is full of character. Philippe and Laurence were very welcoming and made us feel very much at home. We would certainly stay here again if we return to the area in the future.
