➢Cars on the street will be towed at guest expense.
➢ After 6 guests, we charge $15 per person, per night.
➢ If there are any undisclosed guests, we can terminate the reservation right away without a refund for violating our house rules, and there will be a $500 fine per undisclosed person.
➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy
➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.
➢ Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present.
➢If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.
➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back; if you smoke it, smoke it outside; if you drink it, drink it inside... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...
