This unique place has a style all its own. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, sunny apartment with a beautiful view. Lovely waterfront lot and you can fish out your back door. Tennis courts. Convenient, within 3-5 minutes of shopping. Publix, Winn Dixie, 24 hr Walmart.

●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Summary: Thanks for allowing us to stay in your nice home! I chose this property as it was close to my son's house. If you know Jacksonville at all... you'll know Mandarin as an older neighborhood, but safe. It exceeded my expectations... it's in an area with lots of family homes that are well manicured. The need for a double bed+ in the second bedroom would be my only critique. The home was decorated very cute with real furniture (NOT the IKEA crap you find in many rental homes). Great kitchen with everything you need to cook, a fire pit out back, super comfy sofa, and nice bathrooms. Very pleased!

Summary: Love the property

Summary: For our purposes the location and layout of the property was ideal. We can understand the 'no shoes inside' policy, but the dirt and grit on the floor made it uncomfortable to adhere to. Solution: We took it upon ourselves to mop the floors with a damp towel making it now comfortable to go without shoes inside. The same held true to the lanai, making it unusable, but not critical to our needs. Television viewing was also a challenge. Limited to only live streaming channels, even with log-in assistance from the host, we were unable to access any local channels. Solution: We went the the conveniently close Walmart and purchased a 'rabbit ear' antenna, connected it to the RF connector behind the TV and enjoyed all local and network over-the-air programming for the duration of our stay. Suggestion to host: Make such and antenna option available. It only cost $16.00 and we pulled in 39 over-the-air channels. All in all the property served our needs and would recommend it.
