Number of main rooms made available to tenants: 5 - total area: approximately 100 m2, plus 12 m² terrace on the 1st floor + garden area 1000 m² outdoor terrace.
The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.
The main room is also equipped with an air conditioner.
It is an INVERTER system (heating in winter and air conditioning in summer)
