Positive: Everything was clean and the area is very quiet. The host is also very responsive and kind. She gave me recommendations about what to do in Ipoh. From here, you are at equal distance from temples/ mirror lake, the city center of Ipoh and the central bus station (all reachable using Grab for very affordable cost) I totally recommend this place !
Negative: Nothing, it was exactly what I was looking for.
