Positive: Amazing location in a quiet residential district just east of Reykjavík center. It overlooks the water, and the ever-changing sky, sea, and pedestrian life is mesmerizing. The kitchen, LR, and DR are huge and open, and they’ve been designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. Exceptional stay!

Negative: The sleeping area was a little tight-two twin beds in a small room without much extra space. That said, the little extra space was VERY cleverly designed: a tiny ledge above the headboard with chargers for phones and room for a book; small vanity in the corner was great for toiletries and laptop.

Summary: Fantastic stay in late summer-the location and the amenities are exceptional!

Positive: Amazing place and incredible views! It's even better than the pictures. Comfortable, lovely, clean, and very modern. The ocean views in May are just wow... This place also has a very cozy balcony area. We loved the fact that we also had coffee machines and other kitchen appliances, washing machines, and a tumble dryer as well. Highly recommend!

Positive: Apartment is gorgeous with all kinds of top tier furniture. Location is perfect for watching northern lights, basically you can just stay at the house and look outside for the northern lights! Of course you can also go out to the seaside with a few minutes walk for a even better view. We didn't drive ourselves, but it is completely fine to walk like 30 mins to city centre, the walk along seaside is comfortable even during winter, it is actually a good way to explore more about the city! What's more, I planned my proposal at this beautiful apartment, our host was so helpful and tried their very best to help with the decorations, which was a great success!

Positive: great location. very clean and well appointed in a nice oceanfront property. excellent for people who enjoy walking and getting to know the city that they're staying in. I felt very safe walking at all hours. there were three of us girls traveling and we never felt uncomfortable. our hosts were very communicative and easy to do business with.

Negative: storage for three adults was pretty tight. 2 pull out sofas may have been more comfortable.

Summary: Would stay again.
