Positive: I forgot a hat when I checked out. I called when I realized I forgot it and asked them if they could hold it for me until I returned in a week. When I returned 7 days later for my reservation I asked the attendent for the hat he knew exactly what I was asking for and ended up getting me the hat.

Negative: A hair conditioner (I don't use) was left 1/2 empty on the bathroom sink counter.

Summary: A nice resealable priced hotel to rest, relax and get a good night sleep.

Positive: Facility is clean and staff are friendly. Although we were never there thru the day

Negative: Had to keep getting room keys programmed every time we came back to our room. Also at check in instead of adding everything together they separated it all which I was not impressed about.

Positive: inexpensive. comfortable beds. laundry facilities

Negative: disregard for maintenance. parking lot overgrown with weeds in many areas. laundry room had need of maintenance for machines . terrible room design - no coffee maker but the was a microwave and mini fridge. Both on the floor. to make a hot drink i had to get on my hands and knees to operate microwave !
