Negative: It was a little difficult to check in. The guard at the desk said he had no record of our stay. We had to call cloud 9. The guard was aloof and rude. We finally got it settled when he reluctantly gave us the number to call. He expressed his reluctance in our presence.

Positive: The place was great. They were proactive with communication and collected the keys from concierge. The apartment was comfortable and clear and in an excellent location and we could walk to most things.

Negative: There was no place to leave the luggage after we checked out but the concierge did eventually help, although I would not count on it for future bookings.

Positive: Perfect location. Beautiful apartment. The views and rooftop social area were amazing. Amenities were exceptional.

Negative: A coat rake or area for bulky coats. An ottoman in living room or more comfortable couch. A full length mirror in master. The apartment was great, but these things could improve on greatness. Also, the garage door wouldn't open as we were leaving, but Andre happened to be letting a guest in...We enjoyed our time .
