Positive: The location in the park side is just lovely. The view and atmosphere around is spectacular.

Negative: We was out of the season and the whole area was empty and looking abounded but there was something charming in that to be just you in this beautiful place

Positive: Convenient location, close to lots of attractions and infrastructure; a bit of climbing up the stairs, but the staff helped with luggage upon arrival. We were also offered to leave our luggage after check out untill the departure. Very friendly staff, answered all our questions and made some suggestions about what to do and see around the island.

Negative: The only inconvenience we experienced is the lack of supermarket nearby to buy drinking water, but on our last day we found a drinking fountain just near the place , so I guess we should have asked 🤪 the stuff .

Positive: just enough away from the busyness of the Piazzetta and very close to the viewpoint on the Faraglioni and the start of the Via Krupp. 2 toilets and nice terrazza to eat outside

Negative: washing machine was leaking and bathroom wet. shower quite small. terrazza and apartment are just on the back of a restaurant. in our case it was already closed for the season but I can't imagine how noisy it could be when operating

Positive: Felt magical to stay around the Gardens of Agustus. Great location, comfortable, kitchen, bathroom, AC, great hosts, Thank you Sarah!!! Right by a restaurant we got to enjoy, the gardens and Via Krupp, leading us straight down to Marina piccola beach!
