Walk to clubhouse with tennis, pickle, playground, pool, beaches, gym, kayak rack and new kayak. Beautiful, bright and updated 4 bedroom 3 full bath home in a private lake community in Litchfield County CT.
All rates includes cable, wifi, electric, yard maintenance, association fees, trash removal.
High Speed Wifi for those working remote!
House is very clean, organized and well maintained, great location. We provide everything you might need, even beach towels.
Fitness Center is open year round. The house has 2 decks with seating, a large screen porch, Weber propane grill.
Main floor has large living room with SmartTV and fireplace.
The house has 4 bedrooms:
On the main floor the is one bedroom with two twin beds
On the second floor there is a king bedroom (with private bath), two twins in a second bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom.
All rooms have separate A/C and heating units to control the temp to your needs. It can be very hot/humid in the summer and AC is a necessity for a comfortable stay.
The house is fully stocked with high end linens, new mattresses, and new towels.
The kitchen has new appliances - Samsung refrigerator, GE stove and new dishwasher and a nice large breakfast bar.
The great room is perfect for hanging out after a day at the lake, comfortable couches and leather recliners - and a flat screen smart TV and cable. And if you are here for ski season cozy up by the fireplace in the great room, perfect way to end your ski day.
The lower level has a children's play room with a couch, toys, and a flat screen TV & DVD player.
Full laundry room in lower level. Great golf courses nearby.

Summary: I stayed at this property to celebrate a few 60th birthday’s. There was 8 girlfriends. This house was perfect! Sleeps 8 very comfortably, 3 bathrooms with all the essentials. The kitchen had all the necessity’s for cooking, stove and oven worked great. There was a large dining table that was wonderful for meals, games and just chatting. The living room is fabulous! Lots of natural light, plenty of space and comfortable seating for all of us. Wood fireplace which we did not use but would be nice on chilly evenings. The screened porch was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun setting through the trees. The house was decorated for fall with mums, pumpkins and gourds. Sarah was an exceptional host, she responded to my questions quickly. We had such a great weekend, made many memories we will cherish forever in this wonderful home. This property is highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely VRBO. Each room has just what you’d need including multi-tap plugs on the nightstands, individual heat and AC per bedroom, toiletries, paper products including extra supplies and trash bags/food wrap, cleaning products, hair dryers, fans, iron and ironing board. WiFi was strong and easy to log onto. The neighbor is super friendly and welcoming. Although we did not cook beyond heating things in the microwave, we found that there was a full assortment of supplies necessary had we wanted to. The Keurig coffee maker was stocked with a large assortment of K cups to use, not just a handful as with hotels. The three bathrooms all operated well and we had plenty of hot water for showers. The Woodridge Lake community is beautiful and we were there for a family function at the clubhouse across the street. There is so much to do in Litchfield-Cornwall-Bantam if you are here for a vacation. Be sure to stop at Thorncrest Dairy for their delicious chocolates, and to Arethusa Farm Dairy in Bantam for some incredible ice cream from their famous cows. Highly recommend a dinner at Hopkins Inn on Lake Waramaug, and some canoeing or kayaking or fishing along the Housatonic River.

Summary: Great communication from the host, who went above and beyond by helping us find a local babysitter. The house was clean, accurately described and the basement toy room was an added bonus. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is a 10min drive away from Mohawk Mt Ski area.

Summary: We loved everything about our long weekend in Goshen. The house was so spacious, clean, comfortable, and great for our two families. The basement with the toys and dvds for the kids were perfect, and the two twin bed rooms were exactly what we needed. It was such a short trip to ski at Mohawk Mountain, and the hosts made our stay so easy and effortless. We will absolutely be back and have already recommended it to friends!

Summary: Our host was wonderful. This property was immaculate and detailed with everything you could need along with a great playroom for the kids It was not like staying in someone else's home It felt like our home the moment we walked in with music playing, heat was up and all the other wonderful unexpected touches. Summary: From the moment I booked our stay, Sarah was responsive and friendly. She made the process quick and easy. Then as we got closer to the date of our stay she volunteered suggestions for activities and then answered our list of questions about restaurants and orchards in the area very quickly. All of her recommendations were absolutely perfect! The house is spotless with everything you need for a quiet getaway.
