Summary: Love this hotel-second time staying. Charming and beautiful - there was hair in the tub-huge turn off and the "twin" bed was horrendous to sleep on. Extremely uncomfortable. Service is extremely friendly as always!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at the inn - a storm knocked out the power to the town - but the inn stayed fully lit & running at all times with its own generator system - very impressed by that - the history & atmosphere of the inn is great as well as the front desk staff - we very much enjoyed spending time on the upper porch balcony - our only complaint would be the need to update the bed mattresses to something more soft & comfortable plus having an ice machine on-site for guests - with these two items addressed - I would then be able to give the inn the highest grade & recommendation - I was glad of our choice & would stay again - Thx

Summary: What a charming hotel in the heart of Knowlton! My room was clean and comfortable, and my sister and I loved the fact that we could walk to local restaurants, shops, etc. was the room chic and modern? No. Did it have everything I needed for a comfortable stay? Absolutely!

Summary: We picked up our room key and info in an envelope at the front desk and climbed two flights of stairs to our old fashioned but clean room. The best part was dinner at the associated bistro (there was also a discount included with the room) and the convenient location in town. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a beverage in the evening.
