Summary: What can I say but Wow!! From the moment we arrived we knew we made a great decision when booking this apartment for 1 week in August. The owner of the property is very helpful and friendly and provides all of the necessary information for a pleasant stay. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and it truly felt like a home away from home. The air conditioning was also very useful as the temperature in Lavandou this week was quite hot ( 30-35c ) . Very quite and clean and no more than 5 minute walk from beach and town centre. The view from the large balcony over the harbour is superb and we found it very relaxing to just sit out in the evening for dinner and watching the sunset, one night we were lucky to have viewed what felt like our own personal fireworks display. Parking is also provided onsite which was a bonus. This was our first visit to La Lavandou and I was very pleased with how relaxed and family friendly the town is. There are some excellent restaurants to choose from and shops to explore. The beach is large and not overcrowded, probably the best i've been to in Cote d'Azur. I would recommend a visit to Bormes Les Mimosas which is less than 10 minute drive and also a boat trip to Porquerolles. There is so much to see and do I cannot write in this review so I will just say if you are looking for a relaxing enjoyable holiday I would highly recommend Lavandou and more importantly this wonderful apartment.... Summary: Good atmosphere, inside and outside. Well equipped: everything you need is there. Always a safe place for your car. Rooms are in good condition and very clean. Owner gives correct information and is helpfull. The best apartment I found in 20 years in Lavandou!
