We are located one and a half blocks from a private beach with key access. This dwelling is attached to our home that we live in with our family and animals including two small dogs and two cats.

Summary: The weather was unseasonably cold. The small heater in the unit was not able to keep up. Contacted the owner and they supplied an additional heated that made it more comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This rental was perfect for me! I enjoyed the short walk to the private beach to see the sunset each nt. The rental is also close to great hiking and biking trails. Durning low tide you can walk as far as you can see down the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a separate room with the tv couch and kitchenette. Host family was very accommodating and responded promptly to questions. I hope to stay again in the future!

Summary: Our daughter goes to UCSB and we wanted to stay nearby but not in a cookie cutter hotel. This place fit our criteria and much more. The place is just right for the two of us and our medium sized dog. The neighborhood is very, very nice and private access to the beach is just down the street. We would stay there again and again.
