Positive: The breakfast included was great, and the shuttle to downtown was really nice and convenient. Beds were comfy.

Negative: When checking in early from a very long travel with two kids under 3, they charged us extra to check in a couple hours early, even tho we were checking out 5 hours early on the day we were leaving and couldn’t use the breakfast option, get a bit unfair. Also it is quite far from the airport and about $50 taxi ride each way.

Positive: I was in town for a Vancouver Goldeneyes game and the hotel was located, conveniently, less than ten minutes walking from the venue. I was allowed to check in a couple of hours early, which was a testament to the friendliness of the staff. My room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was great and was included with the cost of the room.

Negative: My only complaint would be regarding the water pressure in the shower. Not the greatest, but there were so many pros at this hotel that this was a non-issue, essentially.

Positive: We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location is excellent - close to public transportation, cafes and beautiful parks, which made getting around very easy. We would like to give a special thank you to the reception team, Bryant and Kao. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Thank you so much for your love for animals and for providing such a high level of service - it really made our stay feel special. The shuttle service to downtown is a fantastic option: convenient, fast, and very well organized. It was a big plus for us.

Negative: The only downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection was very limited, and the sausages were not edible. It also felt like many of the items were highly processed. We would kindly suggest considering a simpler but fresher and tastier menu, such as a selection of cheese and ham, boiled eggs, oatmeal, and a variety of fresh salads.

Summary: Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to return again in the future.

Positive: Friendly, helpful staff.

Negative: Located on a very busy street. A lot of traffic noise. Fortunately it was winter, and with the glass door closed it didn't seem too noisy. But in summer that would be a problem. The good side of the hotel being on a busy street is that there are frequent buses going back-and-forth to downtown. The hotel has a secure underground parking area. We were able to leave our car in the parking garage, and use the buses to get into the city.

Summary: Excellent place to stay in Vancouver.

Positive: Bed was sqeeking and the property manager was not able to accomodate us in a different room.

Negative: Room was so small, even though I booked the king room with suite. Bed was so uncomfortable.
