Negative: I don't live in the Warm Treat. The host said that there is a water leak in the Warm Treat and sent me to another place, which was 707 E 23rd Ave. Of course, I don't know whether the water leak is true or not as I didn't go there to check. The bedroom is small in 707 E, 23rd, and is close to the road, where you will hear many cars pass by. There are four bedrooms inside the building I live and there are multiple rooms in the connected building, which also belongs to the same host.

Summary: Its an okay setup, while the cost is expensive for 707 E. I don't know the situation in Warm Treat.

Positive: Easily accessible with easy check in. Parking on street and very quiet.

Negative: The room was very cold with no heating and the property though generally quiet wasn’t sound proofed so you could at times hear people in other rooms.

Summary: Good for the price. Very basic guest room set up lodgings. Would have liked a few more amenities like a space heater on

Positive: I enjoyed my stay. The place was central as it is close to downtown, train stations, bus stops, groceries, restaurants and ga gas station. The neighborhood was quiet, which I appreciated. However, there was no Wi-Fi available. Overall, I would rate my experience an 8 out of 10.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Cozy, beautiful, and nice. I enjoyed my solo trips.

Positive: Location was great. Parking was easy and available. It was easy to access the room. Communication wasa great.

Negative: Just a suggestion to have more coffee mugs in the kitchen! :) But there wasn't anything I didn't like.
