Positive: The Atlas Resort is a great location to start a desert tour and is a quiet complex. It is 20 minutes from the airport. There is a swimming pool. The apartment is clean with two bathrooms. It is on the ground floor. We appreciated the owner/manager who organised breakfast and was very helpful during our stay. We would stay again.
Negative: The beds were a little bit uncomfortable (hard) and we had issues with the showers.

Positive: It was clean and kitchen well equipped. Owner of property was very accommodating. The kids enjoyed the breakfast included. Access to the pool with life guards always present. Environment was quiet and picturesque.
Negative: It’s at the outskirts of Marrakech, you need a car or reliable taxi service to get out. It’s not an hotel resort like we were expecting but a 2 bedroom apartment in a secure/gated community. Property owner should endeavour to contact guest 24hrs before arrival with details on the process of checking in. The security at the gate were cold and very unhelpful. Property owner could make a list of useful contacts when staying I.e. contact number for cab company, attractions site and booking them, getting a local simcard, the closest shop distance.
