Summary: The facility was beautiful but my room key wouldn’t scan to get into the parking garage and I kept having to go back to the front desk for the guy to reset my room key. Finally after walking back and forth several times, he told me just to take a ticket and then scan my room key to get out of the garage. Honestly at that point, I feel like I should’ve been upgraded to valet service. When I signed up for the parking, they said valet was only $5 more. If I would’ve realized that the key didn’t work for the parking garage, I would’ve done valet. Also, we asked for a straw at the front desk and was told, you didn’t have any, but we found a pile of straws at the bar and so we just got it ourselves.

Summary: The stay was good but we paid in cash and the man got us for $50 because he said it was $50 deposit and then another $50 for parking! Didn’t give a receipt and when it was time to get our deposit back he was no where to be found! Claimed it did not show them where we paid all of that!
