Negative: One of the male staff members opened my door without knocking on two separate occasions on two separate days. Then says oh I thought you needed laundry service when the card clearly says do not disturb hanging on the door. Perv for sure

Positive: WiFi not working in rooms. No safe. Location ok but a bit out from old town. Spacious room. Just needs a bit of TLC. No easy parking to find.

Negative: Initially we were put in a VERY tiny room but were given a new one upon request. WIFI DID NOT WORK

Positive: The location was perfect and it was clean. The coffee is yummy!

Negative: WiFi isn’t great so the tv doesn’t work often and the water pressure is weak and doesn’t get too warm but it wasn’t a big deal since it’s pretty hot outside. There is no bar, it was advertised but does not exist. The sister hotel bar only serves wine even though it has bottles of liquor.

Summary: Overall the stay was great for the price. I’d recommend it for the price, cleanliness, and location.

Positive: There were roaches and bugs near the bathroom ceiling and mold on the shower curtain!

Negative: #1 was the roaches I can’t stand roaches and whatever bugs were in the bathroom ceiling. The location. The dark reception area. The front desk music, if I’m in PR I expected Spanish. Absolutely no Parking it. was bad to find off street parking. Upon arrival I was moved to this hotel without my consent. They promise I will have a bigger room with a bigger bed. The room was not big, but the bed was good so I will give him that . When I tried to find ice, there was no one nowhere in sight I didn’t even see a sign ! By the time I spoke to someone on the phone, I was already done with it. The pool look cute if you want privacy but I couldn’t use it because I was there just for one night. I pray for Puerto Rico that it doesn’t continue to be marked by all those that don’t care. I’m speaking of those that mark walls with graffiti and throw trash. It’s so sad. Viva Puerto Rico and those that care for it!!!
