Summary: Love the place, can't say anything bad on the service or the amenities they have. Most of the staff are smiling and can see the real happiness on the face. We rented a car, so we have an access in and out whenever we want. Some people that we talked to said that there is not too much service (transportation) in the area that's why we lucky enough to move around the area. Breakfast is great, different varieties every day. At dinner, they have a fire dance performer, so that is an add on at night. A lot of activities to do so you won't get bored.

Summary: Our room is Spacious and clean, there was a plumbing issues but solved quickly, all the staffs from front desks, tours, housekeeping, restaurants, security, landscaping, and spa SERVED professionally with a SMILE. They generously accommodated us for a quick change of our drop off for the airport departure time with a breakfast meal to go. They exceed my expectations! Spa Experience can be improved. Since it is out of the way from downtown Puerto Princesa, and if you are planning to have a day tour, make sure to asks if the tour is going to happened. OVERALL, I will Recommend Astoria Palawan from food, accommodation and communications!
