Summary: The apartment was exactly as it looks in the photos... Very spacious for 5 people and all the kitchen and laundry/ironing facilities you need. We had a great time staying here and the convenient location near to markets, supermarket and bars/restaurants made this an excellent place to stay. It's also only a few minutes walk to metro stations for easy access to tourist attractions. We would happily stay here again. The check-in and checkout instructions are very clear and made things super-easy.

Summary: We had a great time at Market Balconys, a Family with Two boys 12 and 15 yrs for four Nights. Apartment was clean and everything one could expect was provided (laundry powder, fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen, Coffee etc)

Summary: This property has a washer/dryer and kitchen with all the amenities. Very close to local market, which was a gem. Very clean facility with excellent room service (towels, sheets, cleaning) provided during stay.

Summary: Having the laundry available in the unit was wonderful. It was great having a kitchen, but there were plenty of restaurants in the area - so we didn't cook.

Summary: Couldn’t fault the apartment. Spacious open plan kitchen dining. Beds comfy. Powerful shower. Amazingly fluffy towels! Very clean. Good location.

Summary: Clean. Great location. Quiet. It was 4 of us (me, husband, 3 and 5 year old) so it was just enough space for us but it can feel cramped if it’s 4 adults. Right across the street from a market. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bakeries. As well as bus stops and metro. The lockers are so convenient to hold your things if arriving early or if leaving late. Kitchen stocked with cooking stuff. Appreciate the coffee and water. Loved our stay. Only con I can think of is the cleaning fee.

Summary: Everything was perfect with regard to the accommodation a solid 10 out of 10. Cleaning staff very helpful every time I requested fresh towels, toilet paper etc. Wish all apartment accommodations were clean/good as this. Only issue I have with the accommodation is its location which is not the apartments fault but more of the surrounding locals issue. You will most likely want to walk if you’re going towards the centre, Las Ramblas, beach etc. This means you will have to pass through the rough neighbourhoods of along Carrer de Sant Antoni Abat/similar which is full of Morrocan/Algerian thieves. Many Moroccans tried to steal my watch 3 times within this area. I have 3 crime reference numbers with 3 different individuals and had to go to court to prosecute one of them. Barcelona has really broken my heart as it was a potential returning destination with the same accommodation but unfortunately I won’t be coming back again to Barcelona as I’m put off by the thieves.
