Positive: The apartment is very well kept and very large and very modern with all facilities. The hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Mr Pandey is a very helpful and nice person. This is a great place to stay, it is very well located!

Positive: We were in Navi Mumbai for a family trip and work. Had booked a long stay. First of all the location: It is very close to Atal Setu, so coming in from Mumbai, once you cross Atal Setu, the property is just within 5 mins. So convenient for both, if you have work in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai. The property itself was great, very well maintained, neat and clean with regular housekeeping services. It's a self sustained apartment, having all the basic amenities. The owner, Mr. Sanjith, was there onsite daily and very very co-operative in settling any issues. His Supervisor too was a great person. and available to help out with any issue. The location is within a colony, so safe. The property itself has round the clock security. Overall a great option for someone looking for a fully furnished apartment for short or long stay in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai.
