Summary: A very friendly owner. The place was clean. The shower, towels and bedding were dated. I stayed overnight and for the price it reflected the condition. Good parking facilities. There was no TV which it could do with.

Summary: Good value. Good location for short drive to Bletchley Area (e.g. Bletchley Park, MK Dons football) or walkable distance to Milton Keynes centre. Residential area, so didn't find any local dining, but short walk to Cricketers pub. Would stay there again.
