Summary: The room we were staying was extremely warm. Even if we set the room temperature to around 21, it still felt like 28 degree. We could not sleep at all.

Summary: The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to housekeeping and serving breakfast. However, I have a suggestion regarding the breakfast service. It would be more convenient if breakfast could be provided as take-out. Although it is currently prohibited, some guests have been seen bringing their own take-out boxes to help themselves to food, and the staff has even been assisting guests in obtaining to-go boxes. I don't think that's their fault, but the rules need to be rectified. In addition, it would be helpful to have some coffee filters provided in the room since there is a coffee machine available. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again.

Summary: Nice and large one bedroom apartment. Has a washing machine/dryer which is nice when travelling. Bathroom is large. Room is very quiet. Mattress was a little firm for my liking and breakfast not at the same standard as a 5 Star hotel, but for the price I would expect it to be a better breakfast.
