Positive: This house can be a case study of how to properly and beautifully renovate a sturdy, traditional stone house. Living in such a dwelling is a privilege and a blessing. The upper floor, with its four doors and terasses, one in each cardinal direction, ensured that you can always choose whether to sit in the shade or in the sun. In addition, it had all the amenities that one can possibly think of. It is located in the middle of the village but only ~5 minutes walk from the port or the beach. The outdoors shower in the little garden is the perfect way to cool off after a day at the beach. We liked the little quiet village and the church in its middle, that was open late in the evening for anybody.

Negative: Being in the village, you must accept the villagers way of life, meaning people (locals and tourists alike) coming and going on motor-scooters.

Positive: Artist’s Residency hosted by Matthias is a very special, authentic place full of beautiful details, cozy corners and artistic touches. Inspiring and unique. There are many opportunities to create, draw, read or write a book, etc, so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and relaxed atmosphere in this stylish, artistic house. I really liked the terrace with a great view on the sea and islands, and stars in the night 🌙 We will be coming back soon 😊 I can recommend for everyone who appreciates authentic accommodation and relaxed island life. I recommend it to artists looking for inspiration ✨

Positive: Once upon a time on a secluded Greek island, nestled between the azure waves and the endless skyline, stood the "House of Possibilities", from the outside a quaint and unassuming Airbnb haven…. A perfect house, and a perfect stay. Thank you very much! Highly recommend this house, we loved every minute!

Positive: Beautiful, refurbished original house in a small village. The house was very clean and the upstairs is a lovely place to spend time with the doors and shutters open, leading on to the terrace. Kitchen very well fitted out.

Negative: The main bathroom is off one of the bedrooms, which is a little inconvenient. And hooks to hold the shutters back would have been handy, as it was very windy when we were there.
