★ THE SPACE:
The space was carefully designed for comfort and is one of a kind. Its built into a modern luxury home where we live :) Our studio features a queen bed, a built in ledge perfect for working or dining. Large TV and alarm clock/sound machine/Bluetooth speaker combo.
★ BREAKFAST NOOK:
The breakfast nook features a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, electric kettle and disposable cutlery, cups and dishes. The space is not meant to cook meals in as there is no sink or ventilation exhaust. However, its perfect for breakfast or to heat up restaurant leftovers.
★ DETAILS:
The studio room shares a wall and bolt locked door to the main house. There is full privacy in the space. Note that while walls are built to be soundproof you may hear some noise from the main house. The studio is equipped with a sound machine. The home has front of house security cameras for safety. Owners live onsite and have a small dog.
★ PET POLICY:
No pets allowed.
★ PARKING:
There is parking on the street in front of the home.
★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Package delivery to the door; guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.
★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set and starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body soap). Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included. A starter pack of disposable cups, cutlery and plates are provided.
★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.
★ SAFETY:
We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.
★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
