Positive: Exactly what we wanted- a private retreat with everything we wanted for a summer break- lots of sunshine lovely private pool and jacuzzi and only minutes from tourist spots

Negative: Rooms were a little spread out but that worked fine

Positive: We loved the garden, the beautiful villa, the pool, the view from the place. The location is given, and well written among the information, so you will get, what you have been told. A nice 10 min. drive to center Rovinj. On the maid road, 15 min. walking distance from the house, there is a nice pizzeria - it is worth a try if nobody wants to drive.

Negative: This is a wonderful villa, stylish with charm, but unfortunately not really well kept. A little bit more care would be nice, as this house should be a luxury accomodation. There were problems w the cleanliness, it really was not spotless. The couch was stained, there was hair in the bathroom, the dishwasher was full as we arrived, one drappery was fallen down, so the whole house is calling for maintenance. It really deserves it, because a little bit more care, and cleanliness, and this place is a wonder accomodation for smaller groups or families. 😊
