Positive: Exactly as my previous stay the week before, and the review I placed then. This is a fabulous studio apartment. This time I stayed X3 nights, and all was as the previous stay, just first class.
Negative: Everything just perfect, nothing negative needs to be said.

Positive: Spotlessly clean, well kept, interesting array of books, the art is very good. It’s a lovely well looked after reasonable place to stay. Host very welcoming and friendly.
Negative: I didn’t realise that the property was attached to the host’s house, we stayed for one night, we returned around 9.30pm and I could see the host had turned in for the night, I almost felt like we was creeping past the parents, we don’t drink so was very quiet, I could see this being a issue if you’d had a few glasses of wine though, Also I was also not a huge fan of the internal door between the 2 properties, i understand this was like this for the original purpose of caring for a elderly relative, however I think this should be boarded up now, it did make me a little uncomfortable.
Summary: Overall nice enough.

Positive: I was travelling for work and this was my first time at the Art House. I was so very pleased with my overnight stay. I had a very comfortable, peaceful evening and had everything I needed. The place was spotlessly clean and the shower was great. I was reassured that my host was contactable in case I needed anything. Great location too, with only a short walk to the shops. Thanks Lesley If I’m working in the area again I will definitely check Arr Houses’s availability.

Positive: I loved the decor and the interior design. Facilities were amazing. Tho host Lesley was very welcoming and friendly and gave us some tips for local activities. Can't wait to return again. Highly recommend, outstanding value for money.
