Summary: Pretty old property, which isn’t obvious from the pictures. Old smell, no AC (though they have provided mini fans for each room it was still hot), old furniture- rusty and dirty, clogged bath rooms, no dish washer, mold in bathrooms made us little uncomfortable - neighborhood appeared to be safe and lot of Asian food places close by. Easy access (<350m) to light rail and bus to go to Sydney downtown.

Summary: Quite good- unfortunately water main burst in the street so there was no water from morn til night. It could be good to provide some tea towels. One of the fire alarms - hallway but not ceiling - went off every 5 minutes - needs a new battery.
